What the Site Provides

This site is a private reference guide. It does not store official jail records, booking photos, court records, warrants, or DOC records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post filings, or act for a government office.

The pages point visitors toward Cleburne County jail roster resources, Arkansas inmate and court lookup tools, federal custody locators, and third-party research services.

Use Rules

• Use the site only in a lawful way.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
• Do not try to enter systems or areas you are not authorized to access.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site availability or use by other visitors.

No Consumer Reporting Use

Outside Resources

The site links to sheriff pages, jail rosters, Arkansas DOC resources, Search ARCourts, VINELink, legal/public-record resources such as Arkansas FOIA materials, and outside search services. Those sites are operated by separate parties. Their content, uptime, prices, privacy practices, and terms are not controlled by this site.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and without promises about:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status of information.
• Continuous availability or error-free operation.
• Freedom from bugs, security flaws, or interruptions.
• Completeness or reliability of partner search results.

Custody, charges, bond amounts, 48-hour release listings, and public records change often. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Sheriff Chris Brown, the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office, a court clerk, the Arkansas Department of Corrections, or any other agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, this site and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, missed deadlines, wrong decisions, or other harm connected to use of the site, inability to use the site, or reliance on linked resources.

Indemnification

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
