Cleburne County Jail Roster

The current roster inspected in the research was sorted newest to oldest by booking time, while the release roster was sorted newest to oldest by release time. Counts change as people are booked, released, moved to court, or transferred.
The sheriff changed the roster route in 2025 after moving away from the older RPS Inmate/InmateInfo path. Sheriff Chris Brown's press release says users now reach the roster through the sheriff website or the Cleburne County Sheriff AR app. On the website, use Divisions & Services, Detention Center, then the roster link. In the app, tap website, then follow the same menu path. The app is also listed in the Apple and Google stores for sheriff public information, including inmates on iOS and roster access through the app website path.
The roster is a jail custody tool, not a full criminal-history report. It is strongest for pretrial detainees, local jail sentences, probation or parole holds, court holds, and people waiting for local court action at the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office Detention Center. Long-term female inmates are held at White County Jail in Searcy under the local housing plan, and sentenced state prisoners should be checked in the Arkansas Department of Corrections locator after transfer or state waiting-list status.

Charges and bond can change after a court appearance. The roster profile warning specifically tells people posting bail and bond companies to call detention staff at 501-362-2596 for correct bail amount, charges, and case numbers.

The sheriff's main office number is 501-362-8143 and dispatch is 501-362-8291. Administrative hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., but the county page notes restricted access only. The detention number is the correct first call for inmate-specific questions. Cleburne County Inmate Visits
The current detention-center page says the jail does not offer in-person or face-to-face visitation. Family and friends use JailATM video or e-message services from an internet-capable device or a fixed kiosk in the jail lobby. Older FAQ language still describes weekend in-person visits, but the current detention-center page should be treated as the current rule and the older FAQ as a call-ahead caution.

Non-legal and non-commercial mail must be sent electronically through JailATM or mailed to JailATM.com - Cleburne County Jail, INMATE ID: INMATE FULL NAME, 500 Amity Road, Ste 5B, PMB 53, Conway, AR 72032. Legal and commercial mail continues to go directly to the detention center. Ordinary scanned mail is opened, scanned, delivered electronically, and then destroyed after processing.

When roster information is missing or aged off the public page, the sheriff FAQ points to Arkansas Freedom of Information Act access for public-disclosure records. The listed categories include incident and offense reports, accident reports, jail booking records, warrant records, civil process records, citations, and dispatch logs or complaint cards. The sheriff also lists limits for active or ongoing investigations, certain personnel records, sealed or expunged records, and records involving juvenile offenders or juvenile suspects.
The sheriff forms page includes an online incident report form, but that form is for reporting certain non-emergency incidents. It is not the same as a request for an existing booking record, mugshot, or warrant record. For a public-record request, give the full legal name, approximate booking date, booking number if known, arresting agency, and the record type needed.
Note: The jail roster is a public custody snapshot; certified court documents and final charge status come from the clerk and court record.
For older Cleburne County inmate records, the request should name the exact record sought and avoid asking the sheriff to create a statewide criminal-history report.
